Allen Barr

Maroon Team

Allen Cook Barr is an assistant attorney general at the Minnesota
Attorney General's Office where he handles a variety of matters
including election-law cases, professional licensure and discipline,
insurance and securities regulation, and constitutional challenges to
state statutes. Before joining the Attorney General's Office, Allen
clerked for the Minnesota Supreme Court and Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Allen is a former competitor of Drake University Mock Trial and the
developer of mock trial tabulation software used at tournaments across
the country during the COVID pandemic.

Oliver Larson

Gold Team

Oliver is an experienced litigator and trial attorney.  He works at the Minnesota Attorney General's Office handling a wide variety of matters with a focus on commercial litigation, constitutional challenges to state statutes, and environmental and regulatory enforcement.  He is currently the manager of the Attorney General's Environmental and Natural Resources Division.  Prior to joining the Attorney General's Office, Oliver was in private practice for twelve years in Chicago.

Freya Maag

Freya Maag is an administrative assistant/intake coordinator at a law firm specializing in elder law and special need estate planning. She competed in Junior and Senior High School Mock Trial for Lakeview High School in her hometown of Cottonwood, Minnesota, before competing in Undergraduate Mock Trial for Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.

Abigail Seeley

Silver Team

Abigail is a 3L student at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She previously competed with the University of Minnesota Duluth's mock trial team. She currently serves as the Membership Editor of the St. Thomas Law Journal, Moot Court Director on the Board of Advocates, and is working in family law.
